Wim Goes, architect in Gent Belgium, participant on the 2006 Glenn Murcutt Master Class, designed and organised a local community to build a temporary 'refuge' for a seriously ill client, as palliative care accommodation in the car port of the house. The project has been shortlisted in the Architecture Review (London) 'Pop Up' Projects Awards.
