On a sloping site right on the water. A white rendered concrete walled house with in-situ concrete flat roof and 30m long curved glass wall overlooking a wet-edged pool and the lake. The curved plan form includes a central living, kitchen and dining area with, to one side, a childrens’ area and, at the other, a parents’ suite. A car port is included under the main roof (which used 100cu.m of concrete) and a boathouse is tucked underneath. Winner of Regional Award (Overseas), The Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland 1995.
